1. Courses and Training Services
Prism Gleam Institute offers both online and offline certificate courses.
Course duration, batch timings, schedules, faculty assignments, and training format may be changed or updated as required for operational, academic, or administrative reasons.
We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, merge, or modify batches when necessary.
2. Admissions and Enrollment
Admission is considered confirmed only after successful fee payment or advance booking payment.
The institute reserves the right to refuse admission in case of incomplete documentation, misconduct, or violation of institute policies.
3. Fees and Refund Policy
Full Fee Refund
Fees once paid are refundable only if the student has not attended even a single session.
If the student has attended one or more sessions, the fees will be considered non-refundable.
Partial Refund
Partial refunds may be granted only on mutual understanding and management discretion.
Such cases will be reviewed individually based on the reason, timing, and course status.
Advance Booking Amount
Advance booking amount is 50% refundable.
The remaining refund amount, if any, shall be subject to institute approval and applicable deductions.
Payment Failure Policy
In case of an online payment failure:
- if the amount is debited but admission is not confirmed, students must share payment proof / transaction ID
- the institute will verify the payment status
- if payment is not received by the institute, the amount will usually be automatically reversed by the bank / payment gateway within the provider’s standard processing time
- admission confirmation will be provided only after successful payment verification

4. Certification
Certificates are issued only after successful completion of the required evaluation criteria.
Depending on the course, certification may require:
- theory examination
- practical examination
- attendance requirements
- viva / skill assessment
For certain courses, only practical examination may be applicable. The applicable criteria are clearly mentioned on the respective course page.
All certificates issued by Prism Gleam Institute are considered lifetime valid, unless otherwise specifically mentioned.
5. Attendance and Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct during training sessions.
The institute reserves the right to take necessary action in case of misconduct, absenteeism, or violation of rules.
6. Changes to Batches and Schedule
Batch timings, course dates, and faculty schedules may be changed due to operational requirements, public holidays, trainer availability, or minimum batch strength.
Students will be informed through WhatsApp, call, or email wherever possible.
7. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, certificates, course material, and branding elements, belongs to Prism Gleam Institute.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Prism Gleam Institute provides training and educational services for skill development and certification purposes.
The institute shall not be held liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or personal decisions taken based on course participation.
