At Prism Gleam Institute, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness regarding course fee payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Please read the following refund policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund is applicable only if the student has not attended even a single session of the course.
Once any session, class, workshop, or practical training is attended, the fees become non-refundable.
2. No-Show / Absence Policy
If a student has completed the admission process and fails to attend the batch without prior communication or remains absent after the batch has started, no refund will be provided.
This includes no-show cases, missed classes, or voluntary discontinuation by the student after course commencement.
3. Advance Booking Refund
Advance booking amount is 50% refundable plus applicable tax adjustments, provided the cancellation request is made before attending any session.
Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, and administrative deductions may be applied as per prevailing rules.
4. Partial Refund
Partial refunds may be considered only on a case-to-case basis and subject to mutual understanding between the student and institute management.
Such refunds remain solely at the discretion of Prism Gleam Institute.
5. Institute Cancellation / Batch Cancellation
If any batch, session, or course is cancelled by the institute, the student shall be eligible for a full refund.
Alternatively, the student may opt for transfer to the next available batch, subject to availability.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.
The actual credit time may additionally depend on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, or card issuer.
7. Refund Mode
Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method used during payment.
In certain cases, refunds may be processed through alternative modes such as bank transfer, UPI, or any mutually agreed method.
8. Required Documents for Refund
To initiate a refund request, students must provide:
payment receipt
screenshot of payment
transaction ID / reference number
registered mobile number or student details
9. Deductions and Charges
Refunds may be subject to deduction of:
actual payment gateway charges
bank transaction fees
administrative charges
applicable taxes as per prevailing tax rules
Only actual applicable deductions will be made.
10. Damage / Loss Recovery Policy
If any damage, loss, or financial liability is caused by a student to institute property, equipment, infrastructure, or materials, the recovery amount may be deducted from the fees paid or collected separately from the student.
In such cases, the institute reserves the right to withhold the certificate until all dues and damages are fully cleared.
11. Final Decision
The final decision regarding refund eligibility, deductions, and settlement shall remain with Prism Gleam Institute management.
